Author’s Note: Fans of #FoDiByLi, you have filled me with joy this month by interacting and engaging with my writing prompts across the myriad of social media profiles I have been sharing these prompts on.
Alas my own participation in ’30 Days of Micro-Fiction’ fell by the wayside as life at home got a little too distracting. My responsibility to the family members I care for must always come first and after a second emergency hospital visit for my main charge, and ongoing chemotherapy treatment which my father has been stoically going through the household and need of my time became too much to pair with daily writing.
I really enjoyed seeing through a month of writing prompts though, and to see others engage and best of all leave their own work behind has given me so to be happy for.
I am working on continuing with daily prompts going forwards, but will be taking most of October to plan and develop the next stage of #FoDiByli.
My thanks to everyone who has taken part this month, and to those who have liked and shared my posts as well. It fills me with pride to be able to engage with so many creative people and talented writers through my own creative endeavours and has been a wonderful project to trial as part of the site’s ongoing development.

Happy Writing. Stay Safe. Stay Distracted.
